Our family owns and operates two non-medical home care agencies and a group home in North Carolina. Everything we hand you has been used in a real agency, by real staff, in front of real surveyors.

A template pack that came back rejected. Someone found online who took the money and stopped answering by week three. It happens constantly in this industry.
Those owners were not careless. They were sold a document by someone who had never run an agency, and they had no way to tell the difference until the state told them.

Jayla holds an active North Carolina RN license. Ask us and we will give you the number so you can verify it yourself in the Board of Nursing tool. We do not publish it here, because a license number on a public page is an invitation to misuse it.

Davidson RN Consulting, PLLC is registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State. A real entity with a real registered agent.

Professional liability coverage. Ask for the certificate and we email it the same day. Anybody who gets quiet at that question has answered it.

Ask for references and we will connect you with agencies we have built.

Ask to see a sample. We will send a redacted section of a manual we have written so you can judge the writing before you buy it.

Our own home care agencies and group home are licensed in North Carolina and appear in the state’s provider lookup. We are operators, and that is checkable too.
Then there is the part that is just how we work. Prices published. Written scope before you pay. Payment plans on the larger builds. Our names and our faces are on this site, and our own licensed agencies are in North Carolina. We are not going anywhere.

We are a family that believes in Jesus, and we do not run the business one way and live another way. In practice that is simple. We quote a price and we hold it. We finish what we start.
We work with operators of every background and every belief, and everybody gets the same standard.
