Who we are

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, agency name, state, agency type, project details, uploaded documents, logos, and anything else you submit through forms or send us directly.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and similar analytics data.
• Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

Protected health information

Do not send us patient, client, or resident health information. Our services are documentation and compliance consulting, and we do not need identifiable health information to perform them. If you send it anyway, we will ask you to remove it and we will delete it.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, perform engagements, communicate about your project, process payments, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers we need to operate, and we would rather name them than describe them vaguely. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the bot check on our forms. What you submit through a form on this site is delivered and stored by Formed, which runs on Supabase. Invoices are issued and payments processed by Square. We use business email and file storage to run projects. We share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we run no advertising or analytics trackers on this site at all.

Marketing communications

If you opt in, we may send you emails about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages about an active engagement are not marketing.

Text messages

If you give us a phone number, we use it to reply to you about the enquiry or the project you asked us about, and nothing else. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not add you to a texting list. Message and data rates may apply to any message we exchange. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. If we ever want to send marketing messages we will ask for your written permission first, separately, and you will not have to agree to it to work with us.

Form security

Our quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Cloudflare processes limited technical information for that purpose. The form is not a secure channel for protected health information, and we ask you not to send any.

Data retention

Enquiries and form submissions that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project records and the communications that go with them are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, which is what our tax and professional obligations require, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a specific record for longer, in which case we will tell you which one and why.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email info@davidsonrnconsulting.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the most recent revision.
