Setup pricing varies by state because the required document set varies by state. If your state asks for something outside the scope we quoted, we tell you before we build it, not after.

New scope your state adds after the quote, which we price separately and in writing first

Already formed your LLC, or already have your manual? The setup price is the same. A setup is priced as one scope and one outcome, not as a list of parts to subtract from. If you genuinely only need two or three things, buy those from the list above instead; that is what it is there for.
