3. No contract from the website

Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or communicating with us through this site does not create a client relationship and does not obligate either party. A client relationship begins only when a written engagement agreement is signed by both parties and any required payment is received.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on this site are current as of the date shown and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period. Prices shown as “starting at” or “from” indicate a minimum, and your final price depends on your state, license type, agency size, and scope. Your controlling price is the one stated in your signed engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, layout, graphics, and design, is owned by Davidson RN Consulting, PLLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute site content without written permission.

6. Deliverables license

Documents we prepare for you are licensed to your agency upon final payment for use in operating and licensing that agency, including for any additional locations under the same ownership. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share our deliverables with any third party outside your agency, and you may not repackage them as your own product or service. Unauthorized redistribution is a material breach and terminates your license.

7. Client materials

You represent that any content, logos, or documents you provide to us are yours to provide and do not infringe on the rights of others. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to perform your engagement.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your agency information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform your engagement or as required by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Davidson RN Consulting, PLLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, denied applications, survey deficiencies, penalties, or delays. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any engagement is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that engagement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Davidson RN Consulting, PLLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of your operation of your agency, your use of our deliverables, your submissions to any agency, or your breach of these terms.

11. Testimonials

Any client statements appearing on this site are individual experiences and are not typical, guaranteed, or predictive of your results.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
