Refund and Cancellation Policy

Custom work begins immediately

Our deliverables are researched and written specifically for your state, license type, and agency. Once work begins, that time cannot be recovered, which is why our refund terms are structured around work performed rather than a flat window.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we begin research or drafting, you receive a full refund less any payment processing fees.

After work begins

If you cancel after work has begun, we refund the portion of your payment corresponding to work not yet performed, as documented in your project record. Work already performed is not refundable.

After delivery

Once final deliverables are delivered, payments are non-refundable. Revisions within your original scope are covered as described in your engagement agreement.

Installment engagements

If you cancel a multi-installment engagement, you remain responsible for work performed through the cancellation date. Any completed deliverables are released upon payment for that work.

If we cancel

If we determine we cannot complete your engagement, we will tell you promptly and refund any amount paid for work not performed.

Not covered by any refund

• State, federal, accreditor, background check, or third-party fees you paid directly
• Licensure denials, survey outcomes, or agency decisions, which are outside our control
• Delays caused by information we requested and did not receive

If you have a concern, contact us first at info@davidsonrnconsulting.com. We would rather solve it than fight about it.
